Welcome to Punta Cana Project (“PCP”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, participation in our community, and purchase or use of any services, memberships, bookings, events, or experiences offered by Punta Cana Project.

By accessing our website, joining our platforms, or booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Punta Cana Project is a premium lifestyle and community platform designed to help residents, visitors, remote professionals, investors, and long-stay guests experience Punta Cana through curated connections, trusted recommendations, quality events, and elevated local experiences.

 

Our focus is on bringing people together and making life in Punta Cana more rewarding, social, and accessible.

 

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

  • You are at least 18 years old for adult-oriented events or experiences.

  • Any information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You understand certain experiences may involve transport, nightlife, water activities, wellness activities, or independent third-party operators.

Guests under 18 may only attend age-appropriate events where expressly permitted.

 

3. Bookings, Reservations & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

We may offer:

  • Event tickets

  • Curated group experiences

  • Private bookings

  • Memberships

  • Promotional offers

  • Concierge-style recommendations or introductions

 

Payment Terms

  • Full payment may be required at the time of booking.

  • Some services may require deposits.

  • Prices may be displayed in USD, DOP, GBP, or other currencies.

  • Prices remain subject to change until confirmed.

  • Payment processing fees, taxes, or third-party platform fees may apply.

 

All payments made through Punta Cana Project are processed on behalf of Bates Punta Cana Social Group SRL, unless otherwise stated at checkout or where a third-party supplier is the direct merchant of record.

A booking is only secured once payment has been successfully received.

 

4. Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds

We understand plans can change. However, many PCP experiences involve advance commitments to venues, transport providers, guides, or partners.

Guest Cancellations

Refunds are not automatic and will depend on timing and committed costs.

Where possible, we may offer:

  • Transfer to another event

  • Future credit

  • Partial refund

 

No-shows are generally non-refundable.

 

PCP Changes or Cancellation

We reserve the right to amend, postpone, relocate, or cancel any event or service due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Safety concerns

  • Insufficient attendance

  • Venue or supplier changes

  • Operational issues

  • Force majeure or unforeseen events

 

Where appropriate, we may offer a rescheduled place, credit, or refund at our discretion.

 

5. Independent Partners & Third-Party Services

Punta Cana Project collaborates with selected local businesses and service providers including, but not limited to:

  • Restaurants

  • Beach clubs

  • Transport providers

  • Tour operators

  • Boat companies

  • Wellness professionals

  • Property partners

  • Hospitality venues

  • Activity hosts

 

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such providers remain independent businesses responsible for their own operations, standards, licensing, insurance, staffing, and delivery.

 

PCP acts as a curator, promoter, connector, organiser, or facilitator where relevant.

 

We are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, service failures, or conduct of third parties.

 

6. Participation & Assumption of Risk

Many experiences naturally involve movement, travel, outdoor environments, public venues, transport, or recreational activity.

By participating, you acknowledge and accept such inherent risks.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are medically and physically fit to participate and for bringing suitable clothing, sun protection, hydration, identification, and any personal essentials.

To the extent permitted by law, PCP accepts no liability for:

  • Injury or illness

  • Theft or loss of belongings

  • Missed transport

  • Delays

  • Accidents caused by third parties

  • Personal negligence

  • Weather disruption

 

7. Standards of Behaviour

We are committed to maintaining a high-quality and welcoming environment.

 

Guests may be refused participation or removed without refund where behaviour is:

  • Aggressive

  • Excessively intoxicated

  • Harassing

  • Abusive

  • Discriminatory

  • Unsafe

  • Repeatedly disruptive

  • Damaging to property or reputation

 

We reserve the right to protect the atmosphere of our community and events.

 

8. Memberships, Communities & Digital Access

Where PCP offers memberships, private groups, directories, digital ID systems, offers platforms, or premium access products:

  • Access is personal and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

  • Benefits may evolve over time as partners and services develop.

  • Misuse, fraud, abuse, or code sharing may result in suspension.

  • Membership fees, where applicable, may change with notice.

 

We reserve the right to improve or restructure offerings in line with growth.

 

9. Promotional Offers & Partner Benefits

Any discounts, offers, member privileges, or perks made available through PCP are subject to:

  • Partner participation

  • Availability

  • Redemption limits

  • Opening hours

  • Seasonal changes

  • Staff approval processes

  • Withdrawal or amendment without notice

 

PCP does not guarantee the continuous availability of any third-party offer.

 

10. Media Consent

Photography and video may be captured at public PCP events for marketing, editorial, or community storytelling purposes.

 

By attending public events, you consent to the reasonable use of your image in:

  • Website content

  • Social media

  • Event recaps

  • Promotional campaigns

  • Brand materials

 

If you prefer not to appear, please inform us before or during the event and we will make reasonable efforts to respect your preference.

All Punta Cana Project branding, names, concepts, graphics, written materials, media, website content, and promotional assets are protected intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.

 

12. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website unlawfully

  • Submit false bookings or fraudulent information

  • Attempt unauthorised access

  • Interfere with platform performance

  • Misrepresent affiliation with PCP

  • Reuse our brand or materials deceptively

 

We reserve the right to restrict access where misuse occurs.

 

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Punta Cana Project shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including:

  • Loss of enjoyment

  • Missed opportunities

  • Travel disruption

  • Reputation loss

  • Third-party service failures

  • Personal disputes between attendees

 

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to PCP for the relevant service.

 

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, storms, civil unrest, pandemics, transport shutdowns, power failures, or government restrictions.

 

15. Amendments to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect legal, operational, or commercial changes.

The latest version will always appear on our website.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

 

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Dominican Republic, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
